Registration for Choral Rendezvous 2011

Include your name, address, phone, T-shirt size, and if you will attend the Farewell Party on Sunday at the Chewning Ranch. Also include if you plan on performing a solo or duet at one of the concerts.

Full Registration Package is $220.00

Registration includes: Choral Rendezvous event, opening reception with light buffet, Sunday brunch, T-shirt, all sheet music, folder, 2011 CD, and the Sunday farewell party at the Chewning ranch.
